Welcome to the Caleb Bennett Invitational

The Caleb Bennett Invitational is set to bring some of the top professional bareback riders to Kamas City, featuring world-class stock. This year’s event, part of the Kamas Valley Fiesta Days, will take place on July 25th in Kamas, Utah.

Caleb Bennett, born and raised in Utah, grew up immersed in the rodeo world. His mother was a barrel racer, and his father rode bucking horses. Spending his formative years between Morgan and Tremonton, Caleb graduated from Bear River High School in 2007. During his high school career, he won multiple state titles in bareback riding and clinched the High School National Bareback title in his senior year.

Caleb continued his rodeo journey in college, attending Weber State University and Utah Valley University on full-ride rodeo scholarships. Throughout high school and college, he competed in bull riding, team roping, and bareback riding.

In 2012, Caleb decided to make a career out of riding bareback horses and qualified for his first National Finals Rodeo (NFR). Since then, he has made 10 NFR qualifications from 2012-2019, and in 2021 and 2022. Rodeo and riding bucking horses remain his primary passion. Currently, Caleb serves as the PRCA Bareback Riding Director, a position he has held for nearly eight years.

Fitness and nutrition are Caleb’s second passions. In the spring of 2022, he completed his Certified Personal Training and Certified Nutrition Coaching course. Partnering with Doug Champion and the Champion Living Fitness team, Caleb now trains and coaches both current professional rodeo athletes and aspiring young rodeo stars.

Career Accomplishments:
  • 10 NFR Qualifications
  • 6 Canadian Finals Qualifications
